01 Who we are
Calyx Intelligence LLC ("Calyx," "we," "us") is a governance-first AI advisory firm serving regulated organizations. This policy covers information handled through our website, calyxos.ai, and in the ordinary course of our advisory engagements. It does not create any contractual right or obligation; engagement-specific terms are governed by the written agreement with each client.
02 What we collect
We are deliberately minimal in what we collect. We do not operate consumer accounts, host client production data on this website, or run advertising or tracking networks.
- Information you send us. If you use a contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers may log standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We use this to keep the site running and secure, not to profile visitors.
- Business contact information. In the normal course of professional relationships, we hold names, roles, and contact details of the people we correspond with.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identifiers, biometric data, or protected health information through this website.
03 How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about our services.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To meet our professional, legal, and record-keeping obligations.
We use the information for the purpose you provided it and closely related purposes — nothing more.
04 What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
05 Service providers
We rely on a small set of established providers to run our operations. These vendors process limited data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Website hosting & delivery — for serving calyxos.ai.
- Email — for correspondence.
- Cloud storage — for our own business records, encrypted.
We evaluate providers that handle any of our information under our internal vendor-risk process and limit them to what they need to perform their function.
06 How we protect it
We maintain a written information security program appropriate to our size and the sensitivity of what we hold. Controls include encryption of information at rest and in transit, access limited on a need-to-know basis, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and a documented incident-response process. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and treat them as core to our practice.
07 How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain our professional and business records, and to meet legal or regulatory retention requirements. When it is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely.
08 Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, subject to any records we are required to retain. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor valid requests consistent with those laws. To make a request, use the contact details below.
09 Cookies
Our website is intentionally light. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Any cookies present are limited to what is needed for the site to function and remain secure.
10 Children
Our services are directed to organizations and professionals, not to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11 Changes to this policy
As our practice evolves, we may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be reflected here on the site.
